All registered Throwbots club members will need to meet a certain set of obligations, depending on which level of membership they are registered as.
ALL MEMBERS must follow the Throwbots Code of Conduct and are subject to our Policies.
ALL MEMBERS must participate in fundraising activities where possible.
ALL ADULT COMPETITIVE MEMBERS must attend regular trainings or at minimum, communicate their reasons for absences. This is meant to keep team members accountable to each other. We are not trying to punish people, but if you want playing time at tournaments, you need to put an effort into training with the team. This applies to TEEN DEVELOPMENT MEMBERS if they would like to be considered for adult teams.
We would encourage ALL ADULT and TEEN DEVELOPMENT MEMBERS to help out with a Dodgeball For All Tyke, Junior or Intermediate session (or run a Teen Session) or Tournament. This helps us build conections between the different levels in our club and helps us grow future teammates. This also gives Dodgeball For All a reason to help fund Throwbots. For Teens this does not need to be regular. This is not a requirement, but we would really appreciate this help.
