There are several different levels that you can regsister for with Throwbots DC. Each level has different benefits and costs. Please find information on each level below.
Adults can sign up as Competitive Adults or Casual Adults.
Competitive Adults is for adults who wish to be considered for teams that play at Nationals, API, Sydney Throwdown/Showdown and other big tournaments. They will get entry fees for these tournaments paid for in part or in full where the club has the funds, as well as shirts, where the club has the funds. They will have full access to trainings and receive discounts for all Dodgeball For All events.
$40 for 2025 | Includes Dodgeball Auckland & Dodgeball New Zealand Membership
Casual Adults is for adults who wish to train with us, and play with us in smaller tournaments, such as North Island series or other smaller, Dodgeball For All tournaments. Entry fees for these competitions will not be paid. You will receive a smaller discount from Dodgeball For All events.

Throwbots reserves the rights for all adult players at any tournament it participates in where the club can adequately provide a spot for the athlete, regardless of team. In other words, if Throwbots has a team going to a tournament and there is space for you, you must compete for them, unless negotiated with the club's board. We will not be unreasonable in this regard. However if the club is unable to place an athlete on a team for a given competition Throwbots athletes are free to join any team they wish. Also, if athletes wish to play on one Throwbots team and another non-Throwbots team, that will be considered meeting these obligations, though prior discussion needs to be given well in advance of entry deadlines. Throwbots may also compete under various names.
Anyone aged 17 years or under may sign up for our various youth memberships:
Teen Development is for any child, 11-17 years old who wants to begin training, potentially with adults. These members will have access to their relevant age group Dodgeball For All sessions as a discounted price as well as adult Dodgeball For All sessions at discounted prices. They will be welcome to come to all adult trainings and if they want to be, will be considered for Adult competitve teams at tournaments (and all the benefits associated with that selection)

Teen Casual is for anyone 11-17 years old. This membership allows teens to join in any Dodgeball For All teen sessions and to play for either Throwbots or any of our Youth Affiliates in Dodgeball For All or other events. They may attend adult sessions, or teen sessions, and may attend both for discounted prices.
$25 for 2025 | Includes Dodgeball Auckland & Dodgeball New Zealand Membership
Youth General is for anyone 12 or under who wants to play regularly in any of Dodgeball For All's Youth sessions or tournaments.
$20 for 2025 | Includes Dodgeball Auckland & Dodgeball New Zealand Membership
